On World Heart Day
World Heart Day is celebrated every year on 29th September and is a day of international campaign to spread awareness about heart disease and stroke prevention for it.
The World Heart Federation has found out that heart disease and strokes are the world’s most leading cause of death, killing roughly about 17.1 million people every year – that's really a high number. Well, this is the most well known dangerous disease which causes death.
Every year on this day people are made aware of the measures to keep one's heart fit & healthy, various training campaigns are arranged so that people get to know about the heart, various hear diseases & etc.
So come on everyone, on this day let us all join hands & promise to take care of our heart by maybe taking up small steps like doing exercises, eating healthy food!!
