You Are Not Alone

How do we react when we see wrist cuts on someone's hand?
How do we react when we see someone getting uncomfortable in the mid of a party and leaving it?
How do we react when the most jolly person gradually becomes the most quiet person?
How do we react when we want to tell so many things but we don't know how to express?
Mental Health is very important, probably it is more important than physical health also. But unfortunately we do not get any mental education classes in our education system like we get for physical education. Students are being forced to choose a career which they doesn't want, strict parents imposing too many restrictions on children which adversely affects them, getting betrayed by the most loved ones, departure of our dearest person, living a life which they don't want, hiding their sexual preferences in the fear of getting judged, getting molested by the most unexpected person.....the reason can be anything and everything. No one knows how it can happen. Depression gradually peeks inside and the person doesn't even gets to know untill it's too late. But they say 'It's never too late than never'. Talking with friend or talking with parents or maybe a talk with someone you know- that person is there for you, will definitely help. Because no matter how busy everyone get in their life, no one wants to attend someone's funeral rather we would happily listen to you. One day is not enough to talk about this but particularly this day is celebrated to give importance to the people suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attacks. This weakens the physical health also and prolonged inactivity results in heart diseases, kidney diseases, weakens immunity system.
Not only just on World Mental Health Day, but everyday we must talk about it. Let's normalize talking about it. Let's create awareness and induce the thought "I AM NOT ALONE" into everyone.
